These are delicious and easy to make. I am happy with the amount it makes. I used 100% Whole wheat pastry flour and only 1Tbsp of pure maple syrup in place of honey. I added dark chocolate chips and/or blueberries to some of the cakes. I also used almond milk. Will definitely make again.
