In reply to john. I'd suggest using the Instant Pot sauté function to do recipe steps 1-3. Then be sure to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the IP before pressure cooking and pressure cook for 7 minutes at high pressure, followed by a 10 minute natural release. Then manually release the remaining pressure.

5 stars for cant wait to try this one!!!! Would you try it in an Instantpot, or is it better on the stove? I have yet to make soup in my instantpot.
