This is an amazingly, delicious meal. The chicken is so tender and juicy. The gravy is a great addition. I’ve made this 3 times already. I always make a double batch of the gravy.

In reply to D W Hopkins. Yes, it will, but you will need to increase the cook time if using bone-in chicken breast. I would try 10 minutes at high pressure after browning the chicken using the sauté function, followed by a 10 minute natural release.

Will this IP recipe work with a bone-in, skin-on chicken breast? I have been cooking a pair of them in my Cosori 5 QT air fryer, but they are a bit too dry. Much more juicy if I grill them outdoors but its winter, a bit too chilly.

In reply to Steve Snyder. Small would be about 5-6 ounces, medium about 8 ounces and large 11-12 ounces. I hope that helps.
